Food & Drinks at “Viticcio” Bar & Restaurant:
– At Breakfast (08:00-10:00): a delicious buffet breakfast will welcome you every morning with assorted pastries, pies, cakes, cookies, ham and cheese, bread and rolls of various types, sliced bread for toast, cereals, jam, honey, Nutella, fresh and canned fruit, plain yogurt. Coffe bar for milk, coffee, assorted teas, chocolate. Jugs with juices of various flavors. To protect the environment, we have minimized the use of products in single portions.
– Lunch & Dinner: The restaurant is open every day for lunch and dinner with à la carte menu.
– Bar Service: The Bar is open all day long for Coffee bar, snack, sandwiches, aperitif, cocktails, typical wines, sparkling wines.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
The reservation shall be confirmed by the Hotel by requesting a deposit to guarantee the customer’s obligation in the amount of:
- 30% (minimum amount 1 night’s stay) of the cost of the stay for bookings made up to 7 days before the expected date of arrival.
- The remaining 70% must be paid within 7 days of expected arrival.
- 100% of the cost of the stay for all bookings made less than 7 days before the expected arrival date.
The deposit will be deducted from the customer’s final bill at the time of departure.
CANCELLATIONS AND EARLY DEPARTURES
- In the case of cancellations communicated within the date of arrival and only for bookings for stays of 3 nights or more, there are no penalties or refunds but the possibility of using the deposit paid for a subsequent stay (of the same amount or more than the one previously booked, at the current rates at the time of the request and subject to confirmation of availability by the Hotel) to be made by 30 September of the following year.
- For bookings of stays of less than 3 nights, the deposit paid will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- Under no circumstances will the deposit paid be refunded.
- In the event of early departure with respect to that stated in the booking confirmation, the hotel is entitled to request payment or retain the total amount that the customer would have had to pay if he/she had stayed at the hotel for the entire duration of the booked stay.
NB: The possibility of using the deposit for a subsequent stay will be possible only and exclusively for documented health reasons of the participants in the stay or their family members or for other serious impediments. Causes relating to any weather forecasts and/or contingent weather situations or reasons preventing the stay will not be considered valid when they cannot be adequately documented.
