INFORMATION ON REQUESTING AVAILABILITY AND BOOKING
All information regarding availability, communicated to the prospective client by the hotelier, is to be considered true at the time of the request. Please note, however, that this availability may have changed by the time the client communicates his intention to make a firm booking.
HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION
A reservation can be made either by telephone or e-mail or Whatsapp message to +39 331 276471.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
The reservation shall be confirmed by the Hotel by requesting a deposit to guarantee the customer’s obligation in the amount of:
- 30% (minimum amount 1 night’s stay) of the cost of the stay for bookings made up to 7 days before the expected date of arrival.
- The remaining 70% must be paid within 7 days of expected arrival.
- 100% of the cost of the stay for all bookings made less than 7 days before the expected arrival date.
The deposit will be deducted from the customer’s final bill at the time of departure.
CANCELLATIONS AND CURTAILMENTS
- In the case of cancellations communicated within the date of arrival and only for bookings for stays of 3 nights or more, there are no penalties or refunds but the possibility of using the deposit paid for a subsequent stay (of the same amount or more than the one previously booked, at the current rates at the time of the request and subject to confirmation of availability by the Hotel) to be made by 30 September of the following year.
- For bookings of stays of less than 3 nights, the deposit paid will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- Under no circumstances will the deposit paid be refunded.
- In the event of early departure with respect to that stated in the booking confirmation, the hotel is entitled to request payment or retain the total amount that the customer would have had to pay if he/she had stayed at the hotel for the entire duration of the booked stay.
NB: The possibility of using the deposit for a subsequent stay will be possible only and exclusively for documented health reasons of the participants in the stay or their family members or for other serious impediments. Causes relating to any weather forecasts and/or contingent weather situations or reasons preventing the stay will not be considered valid when they cannot be adequately documented.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Subject to various communications and provided that the customer has paid the deposit or the full payment, the Hotel keeps available the room up to 24 o’clock on the agreed date of arrival.
The customer agrees to take possession of the rooms and the release of same at the following times:
- Delivery of the rooms after 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on day of arrival.
- Release the morning within 10:00 o’clock on the day of departure.
- Please advise for arrival after 8:00 p.m.
In case the client retains the room beyond the scheduled time for the day of departure will be required to pay the cost of the chamber for a further day.
Those guests who do not respect the check-out time will be charged for an extra night.
OTHER INFORMATIONS
- Prices include V.A.T. and service charge. No city tax.
- They do not include drinks, tips, or any other extra that has not been previously agreed upon.
- All meals must be consumed in the specified restaurant/breakfast room and within the specified times. Those guests who specifically request that meals be consumed in their hotel room may be charged for room service.
