How can I book my holiday?
You can make a booking request directly to the hotel by calling or sending an e-mail or fax. As soon as possible, you will receive all the requested information including our offers, discounts, last-minute deals and on how to arrange your holiday.
Do I need to leave a deposit? How can I confirm my booking?
You should immediately confirm your reservation by phone, fax or email. We will then send you a final confirmation with a request for a deposit (30 % of your total stay). You can send the deposit by bank transfer, postal order or credit card with an authorization to debit your credit card with the amount due. We will deduct the deposit from the final bill at the time of your departure.
How can I cancel my reservation?
In case of cancellations made 7 days or more before the arrival date, there will be neither a penalty charge nor a refund of the deposit; however, the guest may use his deposit for a future holiday (subject to availability) to be taken before 30th September of the following year. For cancellations made 6 days or less before the arrival date, the penalty charge will correspond to the entire amount of the deposit. Under no condition, the deposit will be refunded.
